Whistle Blowing System (WBS)

To implement the principles of Good Corporate Governance, Petrindo  has committed itself to establishing a Whistleblowing System that serves as a tool for prevention, disclosure of infringements or fraud within the Company as set forth in the Procedure of Whistle Blowing System No. F/FKAP/08/R00 Rev 00 effective date 25 Sept 2023.

The effectiveness of implementing the whistleblowing system (WBS) is also a major concern of the company’s Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors.

Petrindo has a Whistleblowing System which functions as a means to prevent, reveal violations or fraudulent acts within the company, including Fraud, Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), and other irregularities.

Petrindo has developed a Whistleblowing System (WBS) mechanism which has a medium for complaints, namely via email [email protected] and the formation of an FKAP Team to handle these complaints. Regarding complaint handling, the Anti-Bribery Compliance Function Team has carried out selection, confirmation (in terms of the category of type of violation, who committed it and completeness of documents) and carried out verification, and decided whether the report will be followed up or archived. The Board of Commissioners (Steering Board) and Board of Directors provide direction so that the effectiveness of WBS implementation continues to be improved and can be more effective.
