Anti Bribery Policy
PT Petrindo Semesta is committed to carrying out ethical and clean business practices by:
- Implementing the Zero Tolerance principle towards all forms of bribery within the company, including its business activities and partners.
- Always complying with applicable antibribery laws and regulations, and evaluating compliance with their implementation.
- Developing, implementing, and meeting the requirements of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) to achieve the set targets.
- Encouraging every employee to participate in reporting bribery and/or potential bribery in good faith and based on reasonable confidence, while ensuring that no retaliation is taken against employees who report such incidents.
- Continuously improving and evaluating the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) to ensure that policies remain relevant and aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Establishing an Anti-Bribery Compliance Function (ABCF) with the responsibility and authority to the effective implementation the Anti-Bribery of
Management System and the achievement of set targets.
- Ensuring the provision of sanctions for any violations of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) policy in accordance with company regulations and applicable laws.
