Petrindo offers our customers 24 Hour Access to our Customer Support Center. Our existing customers can quickly access the right person via our hotline or via email, to support the products and services we provide.
The Product Support center is staffed 24/7 (after-hours calls divert to our live answering service), and emails are monitored during working hours, 8am~5pm.
When you contact us, be assured your inquiries are managed directly by our staffs in the Product Support group.
